It's that time of year and once again I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the birthday bash on Nov. 6th. It was an awesome time, Rock 95 sure knows how to throw a party. This year they had April Wine and Collective Soul as their bands, both did a great job.

I've seen April Wine a few times around Ontario so I know they are great performers. I've seen Collective Soul once before as well and I know they are awesome live. On this occasion I think April Wine could have been a little better as at times it sounded a little distorted. Collective Soul on the other hand hit it dead on, It sounded perfect.

On top of the great bands Rock 95 also gave away some amazing prizes. Some of the prizes included a waterfront condo in beautiful Barrie Ontario, a brand new Pontiac Solstice and, my personal favourite, a trip to see AC/DC live in Australia. That trip would be an adventure of a lifetime.
